Join Brazilian Capoeira Monday, April 27th at 7:00 p.m. for a FREE Intro to Capoeira Class for new students at Springs Dance West: 4175 Centennial Blvd, Colorado Springs CO 80907. In a one-hour class you'll get on the floor to learn basic kicks, simple acrobatics, how to play some of capoeira's energetic music, and more about the history and practice of this truely one-of-a-kind art form. Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to practice barefoot. The class is open to adults and teens ages 12 and up.
